do pregnancy pills affect pregnancy tests?

my girlfriend is on the pill, but were concerned she may be pregnant because i came in her a little(unprotected sex), she took plan b about 19 hours later just to be safe, but right now shes 2 days into her period of the 4 day stage and so far nothing, but i was told by the pharmicist to expect a 1 week delay from the plan b for her period, but im guessing that would make her miss it entirely because she's gonna start taking the pills again once the 4 days are up..
But anyways does the pill affect pregnancy tests?

No, if she is pregnant it will show up by one week after her missed period.

No, they don't. Pregnancy tests detect a hormone that is only present in your urine if you are pregnant.
