Thread: Do you agree that the BBC has reported the Gaza conflict equitably?

Or is the World Service a branch of the Israeli Foreign Ministry?

They are reporting it just the same as with any war zone they report from,just wish we could see some other news for a change here in the UK now

I think they are pretty fair.
They grill Israeli spokesmen about their claims regarding Hamas fighters taking refuge in residential areas and the UN building. They also grill them when the Israeli's claim there is no humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
They've also interviewed every day Israelis to ask what it is like to have rockets fired at you constantly, and they've interviewed residents of Gaza who are in areas that are getting shelled by the Israelis.
I don't think anyone who has been listening to their coverage could honestly say they are biased for Israel.
