What is my 1980 Kawasaki 440LTD motorcycle worth?

It is black. It is in rough shape and not running. It ran for a summer until the carburetor froze up not allowing gas to pass through the motor. It needs a carburetor kit, new mufflers, mirrors, new speedometer, new front brake system including reservoir and brake handle. I used to have to push start it. It is beat up. Should i restore it or what?

Scrap weight only.I get calls all the time to remove bikes in better condition than yours. In good running order it's worth around $800.00 the repairs you need will be almost that much with out labour.Cut your loses and buy another bike and send that poor old thing to the bone yard.
