I don't think so...
The SIMs made for Boost where made specifically for Boost Mobile under the iDen network. It wouldn't work with Motorola unless the Motorola you were considering is an unlocked phone (several hundred dollars, even so I think unlocked phones are just GSM). As for Nextel...I'm not sure but my gut is saying no. Again, SIMs are made specifically for specific carriers (usually GSM) unless it's for an unlocked phone and I don't think Nextel is apart of that deal.
