I start the gym tomorrow and I was wondering if I do 5 sets of 20 which is 100 reps I think its called something like that. I will use 20 pound weights because anything under that is to small for me. Will this help me to burn the fat off my arms? Im trying to lose weight in general but I want to know if this will help with my arms because right now there just all fat and big. Will the weights just make them bigger cuz I would look crazy
