Thread: Life in the Air Force as a Missile and Space Systems Electronics Maintenance

Apprentice in the ALCM field? i wanted to know what it's like being in this field in the air force since i might go into it. no b.d. answers please only info from real Air Force enlistments.

You will do things you will never do on the outside of the fortress. You will work harder and have life long friends. It is a lifestyle few can understand. There is camaraderie and dedication. You will gain a lot of electronics background. There is shift work and you don't generally deploy. You will gain experience that others on the "outside" will find marketable once you separate.
