Hello!

I wanted to ask this question out of pure curiosity after reading a question about rice here on Y-answers.

I come from a Latin family, and basically we eat a lot of rice, beans, meat. I would say that literally I eat rice on a daily basis, I don't consider myself fat or overweight either, but I'd like to know more about if I'm harming my body this way? It's probably dumb to ask if this is something I've been doing for years but I'd still like to know.

I'm not saying it's the only thing I eat, of course I eat other things for breakfast, and throughout the day but the main meal when I get home or when I even visit family members is rice, beans, and meat, you'll find other things as well on the sides such as salads etc. But my question is mostly about the main dish.

Would you consider this to be bad?
