    i don't study,i dont know why,i try to study but fail and always chat on computer.?

    somebody please help me to get in mode of study.please please

    work in a quiet room without a computer in. Put the radio on if it helps you concentrate. Also leave your computer turned of and unplugged from the wall, this will help you resist the urge to just pop back and check facebook. . . the ends in you spending the eavening on msn.

    avoid doing essays etc on the computer if you can, do it on paper. This will keep you from being distracted and mean you do it much quicker. If it needs to be perfect get it to a paper final draft stage and then copy this up on the computer and make final edits. When copying you are less likley to be distracted as you will constantly have something to do.

    thats tough but you just gotta tell yourself to study and then you can chat.
    Only allow a certain amount of time on the computer a day and see if that helps
