Mountain bike changing rims?

I have Mavic X223 Disc rims on my mountain bike and found some Sun mtx33 camo rims i like. Both sets have 32 holes and i was wondering if i bought the camo rims how much of a downgrade it would be if any just for looks?

Do you have disc brakes?
if you do there is no downgrade because its not touching the rim if anything the new ones look better (Sun mtx33 camo rims)

If You Have v-brakes/u brakes. the Sun mtx33 camo rims Would probley be better but if i was you to make sure fine out in a cycle shop ov somthing just to make sure.
