I've had my boost mobile phone for about 6 months now. We had been on the basic plan, then last month we switched to their new Shrinkage plan. (basically the same thing except payments get smaller when you pay on time, which is a non-issue since it gets paid automatically) Well about a week or so ago, right around the payment time of the month, my voicemail completely failed. When you call my phone it rings without stopping, and when I try to call it, there's just a busy signal. Everything else is working and Shrinkage is supposed to be exactly the same as the basic plan. How do I freaking report it?! I've looked all over the website and yes I did call the number, but there is no 'report a problem' option.
