I had new windows put in my mobile home and 5 of them leak. They came back chalked...

...above the window? and bent a piece of aluminum to put above the window, they still leak at the bottom. I have had to remove all the insulation. I have stopped in and have called the installer twice and he doesn't return my calls he says they leak because I need gutters. Am I thinking wrong or what, I feel they shouldn't leak weather there are gutters or not my old windows never leaked!!!

Have the installer redo it correctly or take them to court.
