Do You Agree With The 14th Amendments Due Process Clause?

Due Process Clause prohibits state and local governments from depriving persons of life, liberty, or property without certain steps being taken to ensure fairness.

of course and we better protect it as other amendments are being spit on by our government. To be against this is equivalent to saying you don't care if the police or federal troopers kick down you door and take what ever they want.

Of course, that is the basis for the Bill of Rights (specifically the 5th Amendment), and a necessary addition to the Constitution since many states were abusing that right for many of their citizens.

I disagree. I don't think we should have to write it down in order for our rights to be protected. whether there were an amendment or not I wouldn't let anyone take my life, liberty or property. Id rather die

Conservatives don't like it because they are racist and xenophobic.

But the REAL Americans are quite fond of it.
