    Say you eat 220 calories/a day for 1 month, take a 1 day break, then do 1 more month?

    Will you lose weight? I know it's unhealthy, blah, blah.
    This guy starved himself for nine weeks. He didn't get sick from it.

    When people tell you its unhealthy, don't think that they are lying. 220 calories a day is starvation, and sooo many health risks ride along with starvation. Don't do it. If you want to lose weight, do it the sensible way.

    In answer to your question, yes you will lose weight, because obviously starvation causes weight loss. But seriously, your health is waaay more important -- actually, better yet, LIFE is more important.

    i guess maybe you'll die
    haha
    ya its very unhealthy
    and also maybe you'll loose some weight
    but then your body will get used to that diet
    and when u eat more later
    it wont be able to burn that many calories
    and then you will be very very fat

    yes you will lose weight...that weight will include fat, muscle and part of your vital organs

    the body system literally cannot function on that few calories...so if you enjoy breathing, a beating heart, a fuctioning liver, kidneys, etc, i would highly recommend not trying it
