WTF! I dont think this is athletes feet but i keep getting peeling skin

all over my palms and fingers! 10pts!? I have peeling skin all over my palms and fingers! First it started out with about 1-2 fingers(thumb i believe) and then it just gradually spread all over. Okay its not all over the place like every minute space but the skin is peeling somewhere on each finger on both hands now.

Been about 1-2 weeks and i applied lamisil everyday and even vaseline to keep it super moisturized. BUt whenever i take a shower or wash my hands, they come back EVEN WORSE!!!!!!!!!!

Also i got skin peeling on both toes and next to the toes (not all) But the thing is i have no skin peeling in between fingers or toes if that even matters...

What can i do? Its just that whenever i take a shower or wet my hands, it becomes so much worse and even multiplies.

How can i make my skin grow back? hehe 10pts for best answer please!
