Civil Rights Act of 1964. It covered anti discrimination for workplace environment and pay of minorities and women. There are many other laws such as housing, banking Fair Credit etc.. all civil rights legislation's.

Your question is vague at best. Our laws pretty much protect the rights of all people they were not generated to be better for one class than that of another.There is additional aid for those in need and if you do are not in the lower class you do not qualify as they would.
