I want to apply for a HR entry level job that requires 2 years relevant experience,but I've worked for 2 years as an Assistant book keeper.They aren't related as the latter is more of Accounts and finance.I learnt human behavioural tactics and handling crisis in this position as its in a SACCO society for loans.When applying advice me on the best alternative.Should I ommit this employer on my cv?A colleague told me to modify the position to suit that I worked in HR in my SACCO.How do I adress this issue with my latter experience and still get shortlisted?
