Thread: required maintenance on a honda civic?

Im about to buy a 2000 honda civic from a dealer and it has 81000 miles on it. When i went to test drive it the check light was on and the required maintenance light was red so i stopped to check the oil and there was none! I told the dealer and he said he don't care he wants it gone so he dropped $300 i told him i would think about it what should i do?

Do not walk, Run! Run away from that deal and dealer as fast as you can.

I would NOT buy it if there was NO oil in it and got driven chances are the is going to be some damage to the engine and its gonna be a lot more then $300 worth..
