does an egg cost
Simple. Take the price of a carton of one dozen eggs. Divide by 12. Do this with several chains of grocery store prices as advertised in the dairy section of their respective weekly paper. You can then go frugally further and calculate any significant deviation in prices among stores. Duhhhhh!
