Ok so i got out of Jack3d because it just made me feel so weird. Either way now I'm about to start taking GNC Mega Men Extreme Athlete. I also got milk shake for post workout with creatine, i think.

I am about to switch gyms. now I will move into a bigger and better. so my questions are these.
How should i take the vitamin pack, if i workout at 8 to 930 am. every morning? should i just take all the pills or is there a combo that works??

my other question is I always do cardio for half an hr. and machines. and also free weights. I also notice there was a punching bag in the new gym. and i just order some handwraps and some gloves. so does anybody have a good schedule that will work every muscle for somebody that goes to the gym at least 5 times a week?
