I have a 2003 Chevy Malibu, Wichita, KS just got a crap load of snow and the car has been flawless and never had a problem. Until the snow and ice hit. It sounds just like the video below.

The car first started doing this when I would turn left, it would be fine turning right.
Then a day later ( Today ) when I drive very slow it makes the noise in the video, it doesn't make the noise when I turn left or right, or even when I go past 15MPG or on the highway. It sounds fine.

I just looked at my brake pads and they seem to look fine, do you think I should buy new ones. They are fairly new if I remember and there isn't much wear. Wheel bearing? Rotor?

Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks.
Forgot to add, it is only making the noise on the front drivers side.
