    found cell phone 1 year ago and want use as prepaid phone but no phone number?

    I found a razer t-mobile phone a year ago. There was no sim card in it. I would like to use it as a prepaid cell what do I need to do to get a phone number and get it working?

    get another sims card and call the company to get it activated

    Go to t-mobile and get a sim card. You might need a parent to come along to sign a contract.
