it's not working
it's not working
i would give them a call.
cant you go in to set up personal email, right from your phone, and reregister the email account(@tmo.blackberry.com) and it will send you the books. Thats how i send them to my ATT curve, if i cant get to a comp... not sure if it will work, but possibly..
for t-mobile, when u do that, i believe it only sends the 1 service book for that email account. i believe she wanted all the service books for her phone, and for that u have to login to the bis account on t-mobile.com.
i sent them an email. i'm on my brother's account and i don't remember his info to talk to them.

If you cannot access your My Tmobile page and are still having issues try this:
On your 8100 you should have an application called Set Up Wizard (or similar)
Select this and go to Email set up
Select create or add an address
This should launch your browser and after it loads you will see an option for Service Books
I just went through the set up wizard and it didn't have anything about setting up email.
Ok...when you launch the wizard on your device what do you get for options?
after i get done with it and go back in to see my choices it has email setup but it won't let me since i'm in a bad service area and don't have service right now. that's why i was wondering if there was anywhere i could download them and then transfer them using a usb.
No, if that is your question. You will need to be in an area where you can recieve service.
