Hi i upgraded to a smartphone contract and bought a epic touch, i had problems with signal loss and would get low bars usually 1 or signall loss, highest was 3 bars. So i was within the 14 day return policy and returned it for a motorola photon. NOW, the motorola photon screen is completely blank now matter what i do, even when i pull the battery and i tried putting it into safe mode, but then it wen't back. So my question is can i return this motorola back for the EPIC TOUCH or the IPHONE 4S? I cannot use this phone or i will leave sprint thanks you please detail answer any sprint employees would be appreciated.
