Delower,
1. how to change the theme of my device? I can't even turn it on
2. My DM won't recognize my BB, so DM is out of the question
Any other advice? Coz every time I try to install the OS, it always ended up with "Unable to reconnect..blah...blah...blah..." thing.
please help..

Recharge battery Wipe ur device Use direct USB port (W/O Hub)
Or erase ur device using MML then make update with Loader.exe
(location :C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader also dnt forget to delet vendor file from same folder )
Try and post result

how can i resolve bb bold that blinks red and doesnt connect to the computer?
the MML won't recognize my device...and i've tried to use loader.exe, still...end up the same with the unable to reconnect...blah...blah...
is it possible that it's the hardware failure? please help
Did you chk the USB drivers ?
Try with pulling the battery

I've tried by starting without the battery, and continue with the battery...usually takes a few days for me to get the red light blink, and it's for only a few second. And I connect the device as soon as possible, and still...end up with unable to reconnect the device bla..bla..bla...
I guess I just don't get it...the last time shows a battery crossed with red line...what's that mean?
saint
Battery cross on display means bad battery,
to change the battery u can try again
