My favorite way to cook bacon is in the oven. I use a broiler pan if I have one if not a Good cookie sheet will do, place the bacon on the pan in a single layer and put it in a preheated 425 degree oven and bake for 7 minutes and then remove and turn over and then bake for another 7-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon. you get crisp (NOT BURNED) bacon wothout the mess & popping like you do in a pan.

That is simple...put it on a cookie sheet or broiler pan in the oven on 425 for 20 min. or so no turning involved.

wrap it in paper towels and stick it in the microwave WITHOUT putting the bacon on a plate, trust me and you will not be disappointed, I am a great cook so I know what I'm talkin about.

Bacon is one of my favorite food. Especially a BLT sandwich!

For me, Broiling it is the best way. The 2nd best way is microwaving it. When ever I fry it. I over cook it.
