    Disabled by admin means your fone has an IT policy.Solution: first connect to DM, go to backup and restore, select advance.highlight policy and click clear.Search the net and download a software called crackutil,connect phone wait till it recognizes the phone go to clear settings type the remove itpolicy and you are done.

    white screen but has a 112 when you make a call its working what possible trouble of this,partially my conclusion is lcd.
