spoilers,

just picked up the dragon soul fruits, but forgot to actually put the water fruit in my inventory, when i went back neither the fruit or the tree were there, have i totally messed up and have to start the game over or is there a cheat i can use or anywhere else it shows up.
i have the ps3 one
