When you are clearly unexpectedly locked out? Our landlord gave us no notice they would start locking the door. Okay, let me explain, the other day I wanted to do laundry and the door was locked, but there was someone sitting right there, at first she quickly glanced and appeared to start getting up, then she sat back down and didn't let me in. Now the management switched to keyless entry very recently and we had three more weeks to get the keyless entry, I didn't have it yet. The office was closed. So, I was angry with the lady because she could have let me in. It's not like at that point everyone should have had the keyless card. Anyways, someone else went to the laundry room, I got in and told her off. I know I did overreact, but I can more understand not letting in a stranger who is trying to get into the building and you're already well, inside, but a laundry facility, and we were still given time to get the key??? What are your thoughts?
