Basically I do weight traning 6 times a week, training each of my muscles only twice a week Chest/Triceps one day, SHoulders/Biceps One Day, Legs.Back one day. I do this 2 times a week!
I am trying to gain mass, but at the same time I want to reduce my body fat percentage. I have heard that cardio can burn muscle as well as fat, i do not want that. I want to gain muscle/mass and cut away all fat. This is my body now, if i swim everyday will that shed away body fat and keep my muscle? I would be doing weight training for about an hour and another 30-45 minutes of swimming. Would this be a smart way of getting the results im looking for? Thank you to everyone who answers this question.
