I just want it to know what you guys think about how muck I drink, smoke , exercise and all , here is the information:
Exercises: I go 10 times to the gym a month, every time i spend Between 1 hour and 1:30, i do half an hour of cardio and the rest normal exercises, i also ride my bike almost everywhere i can .
Smoke: I don´t normally smoke but when someone offers me one i accept it , so i smoke like 10 cigarettes a month more or less.
Drink: I don´t usually drink either but when i go out with friends (like 2 times a month) i usually have some drinks (i don´t drunk or anything but a bittipsyy yes ) XD

I´m 17 and i don´t have any health problems or anything , i´m one of the best in gym class at shool, andd that´s all , thanks!!
