for a 2004 dodge stratus 2.4L? i have a 2004 dodge stratus 2.4L SOHC i changed the crank shaft positioning sensor... it turns over but won't start it get fuels and has a spark but i think the timing belt has skipped and i need to know the exact marks i am supposed to put the belt on so i dont damage a valve.
