Thread: Adobe Reader

    Adobe Reader

    Hi!

Can anyone suggest why, when I try to transfer a .pdf file onto my T5 using the file transfer utility, I get a message saying that there is no application on the handheld device to support this file. I have Adobe Reader 3.05 installed on the T5.

Transferring PDF files via the transfer file utility does not properly prepare the file for viewing. You must transfer the file via the Hot Sync conduit that is installed with the Adobe Reader Desktop application.

You can download it from here.

The Adober Reader on the handheld does not read the native file format - it must be converted to a Palm "PDB" type file in order to be read by the handheld.

Documents to Go v8 will read native Office applications and Adobe files.
