    Your stereo will play MP3 files that you have burnt onto data CD's however if you want to listen to your actual iPod or MP3 player in the car, you will need to use an FM Transmitter that plugs into your iPod or MP3 player then plays it through your existing FM radio on a pre-set frequency. You can purchase these at most stores that sell MP3 players and they are not that expensive. Hope this helps!

    2006 Ford Mustang stock stereo question?

    I have a 2006 Ford Mustang with a stock stereo that says its MP3 compatable but I cannot find anywhere to plug in my iPod. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
