I've lost 60 lbs. in the last few months and i want to lose about 20 more.

Tommorow, before school this is what i will have for breakfast:

2 eggs scrambled, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 piece of 45 calorie honey wheat toast, and half of a medium/small sized grapefruit.

Does this sound good?? I want to boost my metabolism to keep it going through the day, and also want fuel for my brain so i can focus in school.
