I'm a 14 year old female,5'9" and 142lbs.
I don't want to lose weight,but I would like to maintain.. I have a pretty well balanced diet followed by the food pyramid.I eat 5-6 small healthy meals.
I was wondering if on some days I can eat meals like spaghetti,pancakes,corn bread,ect.
Small portions though. Getting sick of deprivation!
Not fast food or candy or anything..
Is my METABOLISM fresh & fast since I'm young and can it speed up??
Without gaining weight.. Also what are Fun exercises that aren't Boring. I'm unable to run or do anything with running..
