TMO Vs. Others

T-mobile is a great value for plans & phone prices and coverage has improved greatly, but customer service appears to be dropping off a little....still overall a good service and better than the other companies.

I've had phones with all the other providers (alltel, verizon, sprint/nextel, Cingular/Att) and honestly the only one that compares with tmo is verizon but verizon is expensive

Well let's compare the competition. Companies that copycat rate plans. Companies who charge astronomical fees for plans. And companies with subpar services. I guess its all preferences. But TMobile has been fine with my since like 99 or 2000~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

I switched from Verizon to At&t about 3 years ago... i could not be happier with AT&T. C S has been above and beyond the call of duty for me when i went thru my Curve drama.... I am very happy with them
