Its common knowledge that most 2 channel car stereo (not mono) amplifiers produce a mono signal when bridged into a single 4 ohm channel (e.g. using two 8 ohm sub-woofers wired in parallel to combine both channels into one seeing a 4ohm mono load)....but suppose you wanna hook up 2 - 8 ohm midbass/midrange speakers to produce a midrange/midbass (stereo) signal?

Using the same method to bridge woofers so the amp produces a mono signal thru the combined channels, can 2 - 8 ohm midbass/midrange speakers be combined in the same manner and have the amp produce a stereo signal?
