I just wanted everyone to know that I unlocked 9530 with this configuration :



Be sure to have that MFI file on your MML\MFI folder.
After unlock, check on Options -> Advanced -> SIM Card, type MEPD.
Check whether ALL of them is Disabled.
If it is, insert your SIM, then turn on the wireless. If SOS appears, go to mobile network options (on your connections options, or by Options -> Mobile Network), then change your network selection mode into Manual.
Your GSM provider should now be detected and online.
For future usage, you may now use Automatic on Network Selection Mode.

PLEASE NOTE :
This information is based on what I experienced. If it does NOT work on you, try some other stuff like entering mep2 unlock code.
