I have got a BB 8900 .when i insert a sim it says sim not provisioned 2
I did search everywhere to find a solution but i couldnt find anything usefull...is there any solution for this???

Its mean.. SIM doesnot have the mobile number. u can check by inserting it on another mobile phone.
