Hi!!! I have one BB 8520 with this information:

IMEI: 356020.03.060140.3
MEP: MEP-04104-007

It's possible to unlock it? A friend of mine brought this one from US to Argentina and he can't use it here.

Yes, It's possible to unlock your phone!!! Contact your service provider and get the unlock code for your Blackberry 8520 from them. If they don't give you, then in that case, you can get it from online sites. Onlinegsmunlock.com is where i unlocked my phone, they offered codes at affordable price. Check it out for yourself!!!
