erkokite I completely understand. I too had to learn the hard way to keep my personal beliefs out of work, entirely. 'Cause I could never have stayed at this job otherwise. No way.

I've never had a problem discussing my political, philosophical, or religious viewpoints with anyone. It's pretty easy as long as you can keep a level-head and explain your reasoning without jumping down their throat.
