God damn voice messaging

I tried to phone Jesse, and I got her voice mail thing, so I decided to leave her a message.

I got the tone, started recording my message, and about half a second later, it said some bullshit about not getting my message, and I should press 1 if I want to re-record it, and told me to press 1 when I was finished.. So, I pressed one, recorded my message, pressed 1, then the damn thing asked if I was satisfied with my message. I yes, press 1. I pressed one. It then proceeded to give me about 300 more confirmation things. So, I pressed 1 a bunch of times.

Why can't I just record a normal, 30 second message without having to press 1 39032839 times?

God fucking damn I hate phones.

I hate voicemail too. I'll call once, then hang up after it skips over to voicemail. Then I'll be like, hey, maybe I should leave a message, so I'll call again, and wait for it, then Ill end up pressing the wrong fucking button. So I'll call again, and finally leave a voice message without fucking it up. Then the next day I have to hear whoever I called complain because I called them 3 times in a row.
