The AT&T phone has to be unlocked. Google the phone and unlock.

Your cell phone has been restricted to AT&T network. It won't work with any other network. If you want to use any other network's SIM card with it, you need to unlock the device in prior. You can unlock an AT&T network locked cell phone safer and easier using unique unlock code. You can get the unique unlock code for an AT&T network locked cell phone from Mobile-Unlocker.com at affordable cost with an easy unlocking guide. Good luck.
