I have always had a slight hunchback/forward neck since I was a kid. I'm not unhealthy or anything, in fact I eat plenty of veggies and fruits! but I still have poor posture. What can I do? I never feel like I am slouching until I look at a picture or video of myself and I'm like "wow I look like a nerd/old person" lol. This would be very helpful as I am about to enter the workforce and I know that posture is everything.
