iPhone 3G iOS4.1 Jailbreak and Unlock available?

I'm a little behind with recently and I'm having trouble working out whether an Iphone 3G iOS4.1 jailbreak and unlock are available!

I don't have my original sim so I'll also need a hacktivation won't I? (or is that only for restores and not updates?)

Very keen to take advantage of the 4.1 3G speed optimisations!

Any info much appreciated! (Even quick answers!)
