First dye your hair then get layers and get streaks

A short messy style haircut would look just GORGEOUS on yoou. shags would look awesome as well. If u want, u can have some pale caramel streaks to bring out mroe tannes in ur pale skin. good luckk!!

ps. avoid getting blunt cut bangs or straight bangs if ur face is round

if u hav a rounded face go for the long layered look it will suit your face and make it look less round
