    Argent help for easy ten points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ASP help!?

    How can i change my pictures like i want to do the green card thing how do you change the pixels to 600*600pixels and 240
    Any program cause i don't have any programs
    What website is photo shop?
    Does anyone know an online website?

    If you're using Windows, open Paint and play around with the stretch/skew options, and attributes option to finally change the resolution in pixels.
