I have very ugly posture!!
What happens is my neck is always stuck out from my body, rather than straight above it. Like I am a brachiosaurus or something! That is a slight exaggeration but if you imagine it a little less severe than that you are spot on.
I suffer from constant stiff neck and shoulders (I'm always cracking them, esp. my shoulders) in addition to it being ugly. But when I try to correct it by holding my shoulders and neck "back" and straighter, the tension in my neck merely increases and it is a huge relief to slump my shoulders and neck forward again. It is almost unbearable to hold it up straight (especially when sitting/standing still...it is a little easier walking).
Please help me not look like some kind of dinosaur!!!
