I'm planning to buy a decent quality digital camcorder, should I get a Canon Vixia HF S200 or Panasonic HDC-SD 700? I'm deciding which one I should get base on its price versus function.
Is a 1/2.6" optical senser still better than 3 1/4.1 or is it the reverse?
The HF S200 has a great built-in flash, but what about the HDC-SD 700, is it bright enough to take good quality movie in the dark?
The Panasonic one has a digital view finder, which is very useful, while the Canon Vixia doesn't.
Canon supports dual SD cards while Panasonic supports SDHCC.
The price of the HDC-SD 700 is about 1/3 cheaper than the Vixia HF S200.
So many more to compare...
So which one should I get? Is Canon worth that extra money or is the Panasonic good enough?

Any help or comment from current user? Thanks a lot.
