Thread: $100 to flash your boobs?

I was on craigslist the other day and saw a posting that some guy would pay $100 to someone to just flash him. He wouldn't touch just look... my question is.. is this illegal??

If someone accepts it is then it is prostitution. I think it may considered solicitation on his part, & yes that is illegal as well.
